Hi, I’m Annabelle - a Nutritionist passionate about helping people feel their best through weight loss and holistic wellness.
For a long time, food was just a way to stop the hunger pangs. As a busy mum with a demanding job as a primary school teacher, I didn’t give much thought to how food impacted my wellbeing—I just grabbed what was convenient. Everything changed as I hit 40. Especially mid 40’s, I could no longer eat whatever I wanted, I became more susceptible to piling on the pounds and developed an intolerance for too much gluten. At the same time, my daughter decided to become vegetarian so I began a course in nutrition, to increase my understanding, which over time changed my eating habits and opened my eyes to how deeply food influences energy, mood, skin, ageing, and overall health. I felt the shift—and I wanted others to feel it too.
Now, I help people make that same transformation. My approach is rooted in evidence-based nutrition and designed to work with real life—not against it. I believe in sustainable, personalized strategies that support long-term health without sacrificing joy. I also know that food is more than just fuel—it’s connection, culture, and comfort. That’s why I’ve made it my mission to recreate favourite meals in ways that are both healthier and just as satisfying.
